Permissions can only be configured for Company Managed Projects. |
By default, any user who can edit issues also has access to edit the checklist. This can be changed by configuring custom permissions.
Permission name | Permission effect |
---|---|
Swift Checklist Edit Checklist | Enables full checklist editing capabilities, including adding/updating/deleting items, checking/unchecking them, browsing templates, and importing templates. |
Swift Checklist Check Items | Allows only the checking/unchecking of existing checklist items. |
Swift Checklist Edit Templates | Enables the creation, updating, and deletion of templates. |
If none of the custom permissions are assigned to a user, then that user will only be able to view the checklist if they have access to the issue
Configure
To enable custom permissions, navigate to Project Settings → Apps → Swift Checklist.

Scroll down to the Other Permissions section and assign permissions to the appropriate users.
