Tags

Global app settings are located in Settings → Apps → Swift Checklist.

The Global Settings Tags tab contains configurations for tags that can be assigned to checklist items. Admins are able to add new tags, change their color, visibility, and, if needed, clear these tags from checked items.

Hidden tags won’t be show in tags dropdown.

Default tags

Swift Checklist contains two default tags that cannot be deleted.

• in progress - this tag can be used to flag items currently in progress.

• optional - Items marked as optional are ignored byValidators and are not included in the checklist progress.
