Permissions

Permissions can only be configured for Company Managed Projects.

By default, any user who can edit issues also has access to edit the checklist. This can be changed by configuring custom permissions.

Swift Checklist Edit Checklist

Enables full checklist editing capabilities, including adding/updating/deleting items, checking/unchecking them, browsing templates, and importing templates.

Swift Checklist Check Items

Allows only the checking/unchecking of existing checklist items.

Swift Checklist Edit Templates

Enables the creation, updating, and deletion of templates.

If none of the custom permissions are assigned to a user, then that user will only be able to view the checklist if they have access to the issue

Configure

To enable custom permissions, navigate to Project Settings → Apps → Swift Checklist.

Then, navigate to Project Settings → Permissions

Scroll down to the Other Permissions section and assign permissions to the appropriate users.
