Permissions
Permissions can only be configured for Company Managed Projects.
By default, any user who can edit issues also has access to edit the checklist. This can be changed by configuring custom permissions.
Permission name | Permission effect |
---|---|
Swift Checklist Edit Checklist | Enables full checklist editing capabilities, including adding/updating/deleting items, checking/unchecking them, browsing templates, and importing templates. |
Swift Checklist Check Items | Allows only the checking/unchecking of existing checklist items. |
Swift Checklist Edit Templates | Enables the creation, updating, and deletion of templates. |
If none of the custom permissions are assigned to a user, then that user will only be able to view the checklist if they have access to the issue
Configure
To enable custom permissions, navigate to Project Settings → Apps → Swift Checklist.
Then, navigate to Project Settings → Permissions
Scroll down to the Other Permissions section and assign permissions to the appropriate users.
