Permissions can be configured only to Company Managed Projects.
By default any use who can edit issue also has access to edit checklist. This can be changed by configuring custom permissions.
Permission name | Permission effect |
---|---|
Swift Checklist Edit Checklist | Allows full checklist edit like: add/update/delete items, check/uncheck them, browse templates, import templates. |
Swift Checklist Check Items | Allows only checking/unchecking existing checklist items. |
Swift Checklist Edit Templates | Allows creating, updating and deleting of templates. |
Configure
To enable custom permissions, go to Project Settings → Apps → Swift Checklist.
Then go to Project Settings → Permissions
Scroll down to Other Permissions sections and assign permissions to appropriate users
